Radical Leftists Fight For White House Influence

Radical Islam in the form of the Muslim Brotherhood has made inroads into the White House. This according to Marxist Tarek Fatah. This is alarming to someone like Fatah because as a Marxist, he is opposed to Islamic socialism because it is essentially National Socialism for Muslims. In the minds of Marxists, National Socialism and Fascism are “right-wing.” In Europe today Fascism is “right-wing” while Democratic Socialism is considered moderate. In the United States all of these positions are on the left-wing wing. The American right-wing is based in freedom and limited government.

That the Marxists are concerned about the growing influence of the Muslim Brotherhood in the White  House is interesting. There has always been a battle on the left between international socialists who come in the form of Communists and national socialists who come in the form of Fascists. Historically the international socialists got their marching orders from Moscow, today they continue to have the same vision of a worldwide Communist government. The national socialists have never been on board with the international goals of the Communists, even if they agree across the board on everything else. National socialists aren’t interested in the international, they’re interested only in the nation they are part of. We saw that in Germany, Italy, Spain and Argentina. These nations weren’t interested in anything other than their own national interests.

The radical Muslims view Islam as it’s own nation, a caliphate if you will. It doesn’t matter to them that Muslims are in many different countries, they view Islam as a nation. They reject the atheism of Communism, which means they reject international socialism. Their outlook currently is nationalistic, focusing on uniting all Muslims into one nation. I suspect long term their view will move more international, but they must get organized into a caliphate first.

It’s interesting to me that the Marxists are noticing the national socialist goals of the Muslim Brotherhood and are bothered by its influence in the White House. While leftists will generally work together to create chaotic conditions that they can then exploit to gain power, ultimately those with a long term vision realize that the differing factions of socialism will ultimately kill each other for superiority. It’s what happened in Germany for example. In the 1920′s Communists and Nazi’s at times worked together, their members freely moved about the two groups. By the 1930′s the Nazi’s openly opposed the Communists, the battle was for ultimate power in Germany. By the mid 1930′s after Hitler took over, not only were Communists sent to concentration camps, so were all other socialists.

Fatah sees the end game coming, the battle between international socialists and national socialists, probably in the form of an Islamic caliphate. His concern that the influence that the Muslim Brotherhood has in the White House will hurt the position of international socialists. He is absolutely correct, it will. But as Americans we need to ask ourselves why our President is involved in a battle between various groups of radical leftists. Why is the Muslim Brotherhood in the ear of President Obama? If those folks are in the ear of the President, it makes you wonder how many Marxists are whispering in his other ear.

The United States remains the last outpost of freedom in the world. President Obama wants to take our freedom away by nationalizing the auto industry and regulating control of banks from Washington, not to mention Obamacare. It’s never been a secret that Obama is a leftist, but that we have competing groups of radical leftists battling for positioning with the President should disturb us greatly. These groups aren’t interested in individual freedom. They aren’t interested in property rights or free speech. Their idea of democracy is mob rule and violence. We should be greatly concerned that the Muslim Brotherhood has inroads at the White House. We should be even more concerned that Marxists are battling for equal attention. Obama represents oppression and tyranny, not freedom.

Al Gore’s American Spring Call Signals Leftist Protests in 2013

The media and much of the country is focused on the stock market drop yesterday. Over the last two weeks the Dow has dropped 10% and it appears more is on the way today. But tucked hidden away is a story that is far more disturbing than a moderate correction on Wall Street. Former Vice President Al Gore is calling for an “American Spring.” By that he means he wants an overthrown of the American government, much like the overthrown or attempted overthrow of governments throughout the Arab world last spring.

A quick review of what the Arab Spring was. It was a push by the Muslim Brotherhood, funded and aided by western leftists like George Soros, to overthrow governments throughout the Arab world and replace them with Islamic socialist governments. The Brotherhood succeeded in overthrowing the governments in Egypt and Tunisia and continue to fight in Libya and elsewhere.

The key to these Arab revolutions is that they were both Islamic and socialist. Their goal is to replace governments with an Islamic caliphate. Their broader goals, which are shared by western leftists, include the destruction of capitalism, Israel and the United States. This is what makes Al Gore’s comments so disturbing. When he calls for an American Spring, what he’s calling for is the overthrow of the United States as we know it. He wants capitalism destroyed, he wants our country destroyed.

In typical leftist fashion, Gore projects how the left operates on the right. He accuses the Tea Party of being inauthentic and funded by “right-wing billionaires.” Both charges are untrue, but that doesn’t matter. What was inauthentic were the Arab Spring revolutions. They were funded by left-wing billionaire George Soros. They were staged by the Muslim Brotherhood, who had planned the revolutions beginning in 2009. While the media portrayed the Arab Spring revolutions as spontaneous, they were anything but.

So what is Al Gore up to here? Surely Gore doesn’t want to overthrow the Obama administration. What I believe Gore is doing is setting up 2013 for the left. What he’s doing is calling on the left to begin organizing an “American Spring” for the spring of 2013, when a Republican will be President of the United States. What Gore wants to do is create the illusion of a spontaneous reaction to a conservative President, even though the plans were set up long before that President even won the GOP nomination.

Gore wants a left-wing Tea Party to react to a Republican President. Because the left has never been particularly good at spontaneous protests since the 60′s, Gore is calling for the organization of spontaneous protests two years in advance. This is why Gore is attacking the Tea Party, he doesn’t understand how it can be that  protests cannot be organized. The Tea Party was never funded in any serious way by the Koch Brothers or any other billionaire.

Gore and many on the left can’t figure out how that could be possible because the left is incapable of protesting without massive organization. The left has massive unions that are capable of organizing Astroturf protests and they have the George Soros funded Open Society organizations that are capable of organizing massive protests. Organization takes time and Gore and the left cannot figure out how the Tea Party was able to spontaneously arise without organization. As a result, the left assumes there was organization and projects its organization and its inability to be spontaneous on the right.

Everyone is ignoring Al Gore’s statement. We should not. We must be prepared for an American Spring in 2013 where legions of Astroturf liberals descend on the streets of Washington protesting the next Republican President. The plans are in the works. If Al Gore is calling for it, you can bet that Soros and the unions are going to heed his call, if they haven’t decided to organize such protests already. When these protests happen in the spring of 2013, we will know that Gore called for them in 2011 and they will have been organized for the last two years. They will be about as spontaneous as a 100 year old building.

Radical Cleric Wants To Sell Americans Like Groceries

The media has spent the better part of the week grousing about Sarah Palin and chortling over the so-called Weinergate controversy. Weinergate shows the depths to which our society has fallen, whether Rep. Weiner sent the dirty picture or not. In any event, while the media and the country are paying attention to nonsense, serious events are taking place throughout the world. We remain in an unauthorized war with Libya, the Palestinians continue to demand Jerusalem as the world heads towards a September showdown at the UN and Yemen seems to be coming apart at the seems.

But of course, no one is much interested in what’s going on in the middle east. This is a huge mistake because the events taking place in the middle east today have the potential to dominate the world for the next decade. Islamic socialists are working with radical American leftists and Arab jihadists. They want to destroy Israel, destroy capitalism and destroy western civilization. Make no mistake they are working together because they have similar goals.

A very important and influeential Egyptian cleric, Salafi Shaykh Abi-Ishaq al-Huwayni, has the following to say about Jihad against Israel and the United States:

We are in the era of jihad. The era of jihad has come over us, and jihad in the path of Allah is a pleasure. It is a real pleasure. The companions (of the Prophet) used to compete to (perform jihad). The poverty that we’re in—is it not due to our abandonment of jihad? But if we could conduct one, two, or three jihadist operations every year, many people throughout the earth would become Muslims. And whoever rejected this da’wa, or stood in our way, we would fight against him and take him prisoner, and confiscate his wealth, his children, and his women—all of this means money. Every mujahid who returned from jihad, his pockets would be full. He would return with 3 or 4 slaves, 3 or 4 women, and 3 or 4 children. Multiply each head by 300 dirhams, or 300 dinar, and you have a good amount of profit. If he were to go to the West and work on a commercial deal, he would not make that much money. Whenever things became difficult (financially), he could take the head (i.e. the prisoner) and sell it, and ease his (financial) crisis. He would sell it like groceries. Of those who are–(cuts off)

Charming isn’t it? This guy wants to destroy Israel and then he wants to enslave Americans and sell us like groceries. This guy isn’t kidding around, he’s very serious. But of course the media isn’t much interested in what important and well known Egyptian clerics have to say, even though these clerics urged the revolution in Egypt. You would think the media might be interested in what the people they supported really believe. In this case, we  have a cleric that wants to sell Americans like groceries and kill all the Jews.

You may say that this cleric has nothing to do with the far left in the United States. That would be wrong. The far left admit that they’re working together with the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic radicals in Egypt and elsewhere in the middle east. These people are all interconnected, they have the same basic goals. They want to destroy Israel, western civilization as we know it and capitalism. Their end games are all different, obviously radical Islam and atheist Communism have different end games. But how they get to that end game is the same. Once Israel, the west and capitalism are destroyed, then these groups will turn on each other. Until then they’ll work together.

We need to stop focusing on Palin and Weinergate for a moment to connect the dots in the middle east. Our way of life is at stake. If Israel goes down, not only will these barbarians murder all the Jews they will also be able to set up a super Islamic state. A caliphate if you will. If you don’t think a caliphate will be able to wield significant power, you’ve got another thing coming. These people will likely have access to nuclear weapons and I dare say they won’t be afraid to use them. They’ll get rid of Israel, then they’ll come for us. Whether they kill us all or sell us like groceries remains to be seen.

Arab Spring Erupts: Israel Under Attack On All Fronts

The fruition of the grand Arab Spring has begun. With all its grand talk of democracy, the revolutions held in Egypt and the attempted revolutions elsewhere in the middle east haven’t given the people freedom, a better life or for that matter democracy. The goal of the revolutions was never democracy or freedom, the goal was to get rid of current regimes and install Islamic Socialist states with strong ties to Iran. Iran’s goal of course is to rid the world of Israel and create an Islamic caliphate if not throughout the world than at least throughout the middle east.

Over the weekend Israel came under attack by protesters seeking to illegally enter the country through Lebanon, Syria and Gaza. This has been the goal of the democracy protest organizers all along. Egypt is preparing to elect a leader from the Muslim Brotherhood, which of course has strong times to Hamas. Hamas wants Israel wiped off the face of the Earth. Keep in mind, Hamas is one of the bigger groups representing the Palestinians, a group that is apparently going to have a vote in the UN over whether to recognize Palestine as a state in September.

Israel is under attack on all fronts and there is no telling what Obama is going to do about it. The media is trumping up Obama’s foreign policy after the Osama killing but when it comes to actual foreign policy, the media has largely ignored his errors. Israel is facing attacks at their borders today, Hamas has been launching rockets into Israel for years. Now Israel is facing serious political attack at the UN. If the UN votes to give the Palestinians statehood, Hamas and other radical groups will be able to conduct full scale war against Israel and will be able to secure official backing by other Muslim states.

The big question is whether Obama will use America’s veto power at the UN. All indications seem to point towards him not  using the veto. This is a vote that is coming up in September, so there’s still time for Obama to do the right thing. But assuming he does not, Israel will be stuck responding to the UN’s creation of a Palestinian state. It likely will not be supportive of the UN’s actions, which of course the Muslims want. That will give Egypt and other Muslim states the excuse to in the very least break their peace agreements with Israel and at worse go to war with Israel.

The grand Arab spring that Obama and other leftists so joyfully welcomed is turning out to be little more than a preparation for war with Israel. The people in Egypt are no better off than they were under Mubarak, in fact polls indicate that they may be worse off. They’re essentially exchanging one tyrant for another. All of these protests and revolutions were little more than fronts for Iran backed groups like the Muslim Brotherhood. It’s been amazing to watch American leftists get in bed with these people, all because of their mutual love of socialism and their hatred for Israel and the United States.

This summer is going to be very difficult on the foreign policy front. Israel is going to face increasing attacks and increasing political pressure to accept a Palestinian state. Hopefully they will resist because a Palestinian state will not be a peaceful state. The left-wing media will no doubt treat Israel like they’re the bad guy when in fact they are seeking to protect their citizens from war. We must recognize what’s going on here and reject the media and the left’s support for totalitarian Islamic socialist dictatorships masquerading as democracies. We must support the one free country in the middle east: Israel.

Photos, Videos of Dead Osama Must Be Made Public

The Obama administration is debating whether they should release photos of a dead Osama bin Laden. I don’t understand what there is to debate, the administration must release photos of his dead corpse. It’s almost unbelievable that the administration is even debating this subject. It seems so obvious, the world needs visual proof that Osama is dead. A DNA test may prove it to Americans but to people in the middle east with no or limited understanding of DNA, only a photograph or video will prove Osama is dead.

After Hitler committed suicide in 1945 the Soviets never released his body or any photographs of his body. The end result is that a cult of Hitler formed that was a problem throughout the world until the 80′s. Absent a body, Hitler followers were convinced that he was still out there orchestrating a return of the Third Reich. Not having a body created a cult following that made Hitler more popular.

President Bush knew this, which is why he pushed to have Saddam Husein’s execution shown on television in Iraq. At the time Saddam still had a following in Iraq and there were some who believe Saddam would be able to return to power and lead Iraqi’s in a battle to remove the US from their territory. Once Saddam was executed on television it ended the hopes of Saddam’s supporters who believed he would return to lead Iraq’s revolt against the US. Only visual proof would have ended their hopes, which Bush knew. If there was still a chance Saddam was alive, his cult followers could continue to recruit with a strong argument that he was still alive and capable of escape. With Saddam dead, there was no way he could lead and his supporters became uncoordinated and weak.

Al Qaeda is going to exist with or without Osama. Just because he is dead doesn’t mean his cause goes away. Arguably Osama has had little control of his organization over the last several years. Other radical Muslim groups have grown in size and power since al Qaeda has become weaker, Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood come to mind. But we still need to show the world that Osama isn’t coming back. We cannot allow al Qaeda to claim Osama is still alive and in control of the organization. They will no doubt make him a Martyr but they should not be allowed to create a cult of Osama. A cult of Osama will extend beyond the radical Muslim world into parts of the world that simply hate the United States.

Only the Obama administration would debate whether to publish photos of Osama’s dead body. Only the Obama administration would not show American forces killing the man. This is an administration that has spent the better part of two years apologizing to the world for being the leader. In particular this administration has spent an inordinate amount of time pandering to Islamic socialists and assorted Muslims. The Obama administration is more worried about the feelings of radical Muslims, who they have supported in Egypt and Libya, than showing the Muslim world that a dangerous tyrant is dead. Only this administration would run from showing the Muslim world that we have killed a dangerous terrorist.

Talk is cheap and without a photograph or video at some point in the Muslim world they will begin to doubt our story. I have no doubt that Osama is dead but it isn’t going to take long for Muslims in the middle east to doubt. It may not take long for someone to claim they are Osama and attempt to lead al Qaeda in its terrorist efforts. It is essential that the United States put an end to this before it even begins. Photos of Osama have to be published, video of his death must be made public. It may be grisly but it’s the only way to prove once and for all that Osama is dead.

Why Must Obama Insult The Jews at Passover?

A few thoughts on various Obama stories:

The President apparently delivered a Passover message yesterday. I have always found it odd when President’s deliver messages about holidays other religions celebrate. As though the Jews need official approval and statement before they can start their Seder. Worse the article points out that Obama and many other Christians are partaking in Passover Seder’s. I find this absurd in light of the fact that Christ is our Passover lamb. In any event, Obama’s statement was insulting as it connected the Passover with recent protests by Islamic socialists in Muslim countries. This guy has a way of attacking the Jews and Israel on Passover without any backlash from anyone in the media. I can’t think of anything more insulting than what Obama had to say. I wonder if for Easter the President will connect Christ to atheists or pharisees. After all, he connected Passover to a direct enemy of the current State of Israel.

The EU is apparently waiting on UN approval to send ground forces into Libya. War by democratic vote, what a way to not prosecute a war effectively. NATO has had trouble obtaining bombs and ammunition, they’ve spent more time bombing the al Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood backed rebels than they have bombing Gaddafi’s troops. After more than a month of bombing the rebels are no closer to victory than they were before. Obama’s war has been a complete failure. What’s pathetic is that he isn’t even running the war, he passed off to NATO as soon as he could. NATO is incompetent, the EU looks like a bunch of fools groveling at the feet of the UN and Samantha Power’s duty to protect doctrine hasn’t protected anyone. This is what’s known as a failed mission. Failed not because our military is incapable but failed because the administration didn’t think out the war, didn’t plan it properly and engaged for all the wrong reasons.

Speaking of the duty to protect doctrine I wonder what the Obama administration is going to do in Nigeria. In that troubled country it appears as though a Christian is going to be elected President. As a result Muslims have gone on a rampage torching churches and houses and killing people. Sounds a lot like the Ivory Coast when Muslims supporting the newly elected President slaughtered 1,000 Christians. In the Ivory Coast the UN invoked the duty to protect doctrine and sided with the Muslim killer who was elected President. I’ll put good money on the UN not rushing to the defense of Christians in Nigeria. The duty to protect doctrine doesn’t extend to groups Samantha Power, George Soros and other elite leftists don’t like. Christians will not be protected, Muslims always will be even if they are the aggressor. Why? Because the socialist left, Obama included, in the west views the Islamic socialists in the Muslim world as socialist allies.

In 2008 President Obama said he opposed Presidential signing statements. Signing statements have been used by Presidents for many years to instruct agencies how to interpret a new law. President Bush often used them to interpret laws to mean the opposite of what was actually contained in the bill. Bush’s use of signing statements were often outrageous, which is why Obama opposed them. Now that he’s President Obama isn’t against signing statements. The recent 2011 budget included a ban on spending money on various Obama administration czars. Obama issued a signing statement which simply eliminated the ban, almost as though he was issuing a line item veto. This use of a signing statement, which is nowhere to be found in the Constitution, is just as outrageous as anything Bush ever did. It also shows Obama to be the hypocrite that he is. I hope the Republicans file suit against the White House for this flagrant violation of law.

Why I Support Israel Over Islamic Socialism

I support Israel and am shocked at the Obama administration’s move away from supporting Israel as an ally. There are a lot of Christians out there who support the current state of Israel because they believe it to be the reincarnation of the Israel of scripture. Such people tend to believe that Israel’s existence is a sign of upcoming end times. I couldn’t disagree with such a position more. The current state of Israel is not the reincarnation of scriptural Israel. It is little more than a secular country filled with people who need Christ just like the people in Egypt, Jordan and elsewhere.

I do however support Israel and desire the United States to have a closer diplomatic relationship than it currently does under Obama’s leadership. This is because Israel is the lone nation in the middle east with a free and republican form of government. They are a strategic ally in the middle east and a nation that closer shares our values than the Muslim nations in the middle east. Israel is the lone nation of freedom in a part of the world that loves tyranny and barbarity more than anything else.

Make no mistake, the leaders of the Muslim world are brutal. They kill women for not wearing enough clothing, they deny their people freedom of speech, religion etc. Israel is the opposite, they are a western country that shares our western values. It is important for the United States to be allied with them. Especially so in the face of the Islamic socialism that is currently sweeping the middle east.

Egypt has long been an ally with Israel. It has for quite some time been a moderate Muslim nation. However today thanks to the Muslim Brotherhood, aided by the Obama administration, Egypt is no longer an ally with Israel they have as a nation moved towards a more radical and extreme version of Islam. The Brotherhood wants to go to war with Israel. Meanwhile the current government in Egypt is busy locking up bloggers. Conditions aren’t any better in Egypt, they’re in fact worse. Tourism has been destroyed and people are starving. This has only made the move to radical Islam more extreme.

Meanwhile Iran is busy building 4-5 nuclear reactors.  This is a nation that wants to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth and no one seems to be saying anything about Iran continuing forward with their nuclear program. If you think for a second that they aren’t going to build a bomb to drop on Israel you’re bananas. There is no doubt that, if given the opportunity, Iran will nuke Israel.

The UN recently declared that the Palestinians are ready for statehood. The UN is going to push hard for Palestinian statehood as there is a vote coming up in September on this subject. The Palestinians are busy launching rockets into Israel and murdering Israeli families in cold blood. The Palestinians celebrated by handing out candy in the streets over the murders. Just a few weeks ago Palestinians bombed a bus in Jerusalem. This sounds like a group of people who are ready for statehood, if of course statehood means they get to immediately declare war on Israel.

Who happens to be the Palestinians biggest ally? Iran of course. What does Iran want to do? Wipe Israel off the face of the Earth. A Palestinian state will do little more than allow Iran to further wield power in in the region. Iran will use the new state to launch attacks on Israel, be the attacks nuclear or conventional.

This is important for the United States. We need to stand against Islamic socialism throughout the world. Make no mistake, these radical Muslims want to create a global caliphate and they’re beginning in the middle east. The last thing we want to deal with is a caliphate of radical Muslims with a socialist bent. The more broken up the Muslim world is, the easier it will be for the United States to buy oil and conduct business. The minute the Islamic world is able to unite in a caliphate is the minute oil because more expensive than any of us can afford. It is important for the US to remains allies with Israel because they are the only nation blocking the caliphate. A Palestinian state will lead to the destruction of Israel and with Israel out of the way Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood will be free to create a caliphate.

Our interests are at stake in Israel. This is why it is maddening to watch President Obama turn his back on our longtime ally. Israel is important, not because it’s some sort of reincarnation of ancient Biblical Israel but because it is the one thing blocking an Islamic caliphate. We must stand with Israel against the radical Islamic socialists.

Ivory Coast Genocide Proves Responsibility to Protect Doctrine a Fraud

A battle is being waged in the Ivory Coast for control of the nation. Alassane Ouattara, a Muslim, apparently defeated Lawrence Gbagbo, a Christian, for the Presidency of the small African nation. Ouattara is supported largely by the Muslim north of the country while Gbagbo is supported by the Christian south. According to President Obama, Ouattara won the election freely and fairly. That may be up for debate. Gbagbo is refusing to give up power and the two sides are currently fighting for control of the nation.

We have discovered that over the weekend Ouattara’s troops massacred 1,000 Christians. This despite the presence of the UN, which apparently did nothing to protect these people. Perhaps because the UN supports Ouattara. This isn’t the first nation where Muslims have massacred Christians, it has happened in Sudan and elsewhere. Christians have been persecuted throughout the Arab world, even in Iraq after Saddam was removed.

The situation in the Ivory Coast creates an interesting dilemma for the Obama administration. Obama’s top advisor Samantha Power created the “Responsibility to Protect” doctrine with George Soros. The doctrine has been largely adopted by the UN and the Obama administration. This doctrine is what Obama used to justify American air attacks in Libya. After all, we had a responsibility to protect Libyans from their brutal dictator Gaddafi. According to Power and her doctrine, the US had no choice but to bomb Libya.

I’m left wondering whether the United States has a duty to bomb the Ivory Coast. We have a very clear example of a brutal attack carried out by the forces loyal to Alassane Ouattara. We have a very clear group of people who are threatened by the newly elected, if not installed, leader of the Ivory Coast. If Ouattara is put into power, it seems very likely that thousands of Christians will face attack and certain death. Samantha Power’s “Responsibility to Protect’ doctrine dictates that the US and in fact the world has a moral duty to intervene to protect Christians in the Ivory Coast from certain genocide.

What do you want to bet that Samantha Power and President Obama will not even consider doing anything in the Ivory Coast? In fact, would it surprise anyone if the Obama administration backed Alassane Ouattara even though his forces have massacred over 1,000 people in one town alone? Opposing Ouattara would mean backing down from the glowing statement of support issued by Obama just last week. The administration doesn’t seem to have a problem supporting brutal Muslim killers so long as it suits their current interests.

The Responsibility to Protect doctrine is and always has been a fraud. Samantha Power and President Obama have no intention of applying the doctrine across the board. If they did, they would be getting the bombs ready for the Ivory Coast. The fact is, Power and Obama are selective in the enforcement of this doctrine, thus rendering the arguments they’ve made favoring it irrelevant and arguably a fraud when it comes to Libya. Either the US and the world have a responsibility to protect all people from brutal dictators and/or genocide or they do not. We cannot have a responsibility to protect those living in Libya but not those living in the Ivory Coast.

The situation in the Ivory Coast shows us all what a fraud Obama’s Libyan argument is. It shows us what a fraud Samantha Power’s “Responsibility to Protect” doctrine really is. What’s amazing is that Power is rumored to be the next Secretary of State or National Security advisor if Obama is re-elected. Obama’s lack of action in the Ivory Coast is proof that he has ulterior motives in Libya. It proves that he is in bed with radical Islamic socialists, all of whom hate Gaddafi. Obama is doing their bidding and hiding behind the Responsibility to Protect doctrine created by Power. When the Muslim Brotherhood has no interest, or where their interest is in favor of genocide, Obama is silent and so is Samantha Power.

Israel Under Attack; Left-Wing Media Largely Ignores

A lot has been happening in Israel the past couple weeks which has been largely ignored by the left-wing US media. Last week the Fogal family was murdered by Palestinian terrorists while they slept. Apparently the Fogal’s live in a new Israeli settlement. As a result of the murders Palestinians rejoiced in the street and passed out candy and cookies. Meanwhile in the past several days Hamas has launched dozens of rockets into Israel. On Wednesday Palestinian terrorists bombed a bus in Jerusalem.

These stories have been largely ignored by the left-wing media. I’m not willing to say that is intentional on their part, after all our President is busy bombing Libya for no stated reason. What the media is guilty of in ignoring this story is not connecting the dots. In connecting the dots it appears that there is more going on in Israel and the middle east than the media is willing to tell us about.

Our President openly supported the Egyptian rebels against Mubarak back in late January and early February. The rebel protesters were organized by the Muslim Brotherhood, with aid from Hamas as well as Code Pink and other leftist outfits in the US. What is the goal of the Muslim Brotherhood? The elimination of Israel. One of their biggest beefs with Mubarak is that he remained at peace with Israel. The Muslim Brotherhood wants war with Israel, hence their support for Hamas, which we know Code Pink has aided in the past.

In Libya who wants Gaddafi dead? None other than the Muslim Brotherhood who called for protests against him and ultimately his execution. It’s interesting that once against Obama is on the side of the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization that seeks the destruction of Israel. There any number of reasons why folks not associated with the Muslim Brotherhood might want to see Gaddafi dead, not the least of which are the families of those killed in the Pan-Am terrorist attack in Scotland. But we would be foolish to ignore the connection between the uprisings in Egypt and Libya.

There is a deep rooted hatred of Israel among the extreme left. It seems to be a goal of theirs to eliminate Israel from the face of the Earth. The extreme left, such as the George Soros funded Code Pink and a number of other Soros funded organizations, are allied with radical Islamic socialists such as the Muslim Brotherhood. What I can’t figure out about the extreme leftists is whether their opposition to Israel is rooted in anti-Semitism or if it is an opposition of convenience. By that I mean, Isreal happens to be the biggest US ally in the middle east and desiring the fall of the US requires the fall of its closest allies.

Either way, the media is missing the boat in Israel right now. I believe the increase in terrorist attacks in Israel is directly related to what has happened in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and elsewhere in the middle east. Islamic socialists in the Muslim Brotherhood are organizing revolutions, all of which focus on Israel as the enemy. Those revolutions have been successful in important countries such as Egypt, a one time ally of Israel.

Hamas, a group closely linked to the Brotherhood, is now suddenly firing rockets into Israel, bombing buses and murdering families while they sleep. Could it be that they expect Egyptian backing when Israel attacks them? Could this not signal a wide scale war in the middle east between Israel and any number of its neighbors? Why is the media not talking about this? Are they sp stupid that they cannot connect the dots? Or perhaps are there sinister motives behind the media’s actions?

Israel isn’t a perfect nation and I by no means seek to pretend that everything they do is sunshine and flowers. But it is clear they are under attack right now from Hamas. When the dots are connected it seems to suggest that something more is happening against Israel than Hamas stamping its feet about nothing. It seems to suggest that plans are being made for a wide scale war against Israel, under direction of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. The media will act shocked when this happens. If only they had paid attention…

Obama Claims War in Libya is a ‘Kinetic Military Action’

The Obama administration has declared that the US is not at war with Libya. No sir, we’re engaged in a ‘kinetic military action.’ And when I rob the 7-11 later today I’ll be engaging in ‘product redistribution’ rather than robbery. Press Secretary Jay Carney called the mission “a time-limited, scope-limited military action.” It would be nice if the action and time were defined, which they have not been by the administration.

What is the deal with liberals constantly changing the language to deflect attention away from what they’re actually doing? Why can’t the Obama administration be truthful about what they’re doing in Libya? There is no need to put a fancy name on what’s going on in Libya, it’s a war and nothing else.

There is no way around calling the action in Libya a war. This is more than just a no fly zone, we’re bombing Gaddafi’s military infrastructure, tanks, anti-aircraft installations and yes we have bombed some civilians. This is in no uncertain terms a war. It isn’t some fancy name that liberals have decided to use in order to not call it a war. We’re killing people and breaking things, it’s a war.

It’s a war that the President authorized a week ago and still hasn’t explained to the American people. We still don’t know why the President decided to go to war with Libya, other than the UN signed off on it. We still don’t know what the mission actually is. Are we trying to get rid of Gaddafi or are we going to allow him to stay in power? We don’t know the answer to that yet. After a week, President Obama still hasn’t held a primetime speech to explain the war to us. That is shocking to me.

Interestingly al Qaeda supports the UN/Allies/American action in Libya. While al Qaeda doesn’t have a presence there now, they hate Gaddafi. You’ll recall that when Gaddafi made peace with Bush back in 2003 he began feeding our government information about al Qaeda. Apparently some of this information was good. So there’s no doubt that al Qaeda hates Gaddafi and wants to rid Libya of him. We already know the Muslim Brotherhood hates him and wants him dead, they so much as said so when they won in Egypt. It begs the question why Obama is on the same side as al Qaeda in this matter.

This war would be much easier to stomach if Obama spoke to the American people and gave us concrete reasons for war with Libya. Instead, we have no reason and the allies are all over the place in terms of what is going on there. Obama says we’ll be out in days, France says weeks. If Obama is telling the truth, what exactly is the mission? Surely Gaddafi isn’t going to be removed in a matter of days. If removing him isn’t the point, what exactly is? We’re not aiding the rebels by imposing a no fly zone for two weeks.

What Obama is doing in changing the language of war is nothing short of a lie. Don’t buy the lie that this isn’t a war with Libya. We still don’t know why we’re in Libya and terrorist organizations like al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood support the allied effort against Gaddafi. The allies have no idea what they’re doing and aren’t on the same page at all. This is a mess, all thanks to our anti-war President who started a war and is now going to lie about not starting one.
