Zimmerman Trial Will End In Race Riots

George Zimmerman was freed on Sunday after posting a $150,000 bond. Apparently such a bond is fairly typical in Florida for second degree murder charges. The result is that leftists, blacks and others are threatening to kill Zimmerman and if not him then the judge. Elsewhere, a black man beat a white man to death because he was “angry” over the Trayvon Martin death. The left and their allies in the media are setting the stage for riots when Zimmerman is either found to have acted within Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law by a judge or is found not guilty by a jury.
In Florida the prosecution has to prove that Zimmerman acted with a depraved mind but not that the murder was premeditated. The Stand Your Ground law allows use of deadly force the moment someone is attacked and the attacked does not have to flee or first try to back down. So if Trayvon Martin made any move towards Zimmerman, then Zimmerman cannot be found guilty of murder. New evidence published over the weekend shows Zimmerman with very nasty looking cuts on the back of his head. Somehow Zimmerman was put on his back during an altercation with Martin, that evidence alone creates reasonable doubt as to whether Zimmerman murdered Martin. It also falls into his story that he was attacked.
With this new evidence liberal criminal defense attorney and Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz called Zimmerman’s prosecution immoral and stupid. If obtaining a conviction isn’t a very good possibility, a prosecutor has no business filing charges. If the prosecutor knew about the bloody head pictures then they shouldn’t have filed, it’s really that simple. The picture creates reasonable doubt as to whether Zimmerman committed 2nd degree murder and they very possibly prove that he acted in self defense.
Unfortunately anyone who says such things is branded a racist by leftists seeking to turn Martin’s death into a political matter and by a media more interested in creating drama than reporting facts. This entire case should never have been about race. It’s a tragic case no doubt, a 17 year old is dead likely because of a combination of his own arrogant stupidity and Zimmerman’s over zealousness. But race simply isn’t a factor, no matter how many times the media uses the newly coined term ‘white hispanic.’ Zimmerman didn’t kill Martin because Martin is black, he likely killed him because he was attacked.
The problem though is that no matter how unjust it is this case has turned into a racial matter. Over 90% of blacks believe Martin was targeted because he’s black, 60% of whites don’t buy that. Race hustlers spent weeks declaring it’s dangerous to be a black man in America, pretending that a fictitious white lynch mob makes it so while ignoring the fact that 92.5% of blacks who are murdered are killed by other blacks. Zimmerman is free on bond and his life is being threatened online, his family claims their lives have been threatened as well. Spike Lee posted a false Zimmerman address last month on Twitter and an old couple had to flee their home because of all the death threats.
In short what we’re looking at is race riots in the coming months. At some point one of two things will happen in the Zimmerman case. Either the judge is going to rule in favor of Zimmerman in a pre-trial Stand Your Ground motion (this could happen during the trial as well) or a jury is going to find reasonable doubt and issue a not guilty verdict. Florida circuit judges are elected so it’s unlikely that Zimmerman will win a pre-trial motion because the judge isn’t going to want to face the scrutiny of such a decision at election time. (he probably won’t like the death threats either) He’s more likely to rule in Zimmerman’s favor during the trial when more evidence is on the record. In any event, is there little doubt that with the racial charged climate created by leftist race hustlers that there will be rioting if Zimmerman isn’t convicted? The big question though is whether the leftists really care about Martin or if they simply seized on Martin’s death to further the chaos the progressive left hopes to create via Occupy Wall Street. Time will tell.

When a white woman came out with a newly arrived baby, the black woman shot the white newborn’s mother. How could she, a black woman, expect that her boyfriend would believe that she gave birth to a white baby? That’s an oddity now isn’t it! I’m sure the black woman’s boyfriend would never have bought into the fake story that the two of them gave birth to a white baby!!! And how come this story doesn’t go viral 24/7 all over the liberal news media like Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman, a half-white-Latino Zimmerman shooting a black teen, Trayvon, in self defense? Why? Here’s why. Because no one in the news and the race baiters never pay attention when it’s black on black crime or black on white crime. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan and the rest of the Democrat race baiters decided that Trayvon/Zimmerman was the perfect crises to create even more race tensions, white guilt in the media hacks, and with great hope and anticipation, possibly even race riots in the future for the purpose of advancing their radical hate-filled agenda and to keep their coffers filled with bucks for themselves. You will notice that Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan and the rest of the Democrat race baiters never notice that 1 out of 3 black unborn babies are slaughtered in bloody-money-making abortion execution centers by white abortionists. Why not? Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, was a white woman who hated blacks. She started Planned Parenthood for the purpose of annihilating the black race. Sanger was a type of Hitler in as much as she wanted to remove an entire race from the planet by killing them before they could take their first breath of air. So why does Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan and the rest of the Democrat race baiters get all upset about one 17-year old in a hoodie, while ignoring millions upon millions of black babies slaughtered by white doctors for money? Why? Because going against abortion, the real hate crime of the century, does not align with the communist dictates of the communist party in America; otherwise known as the Democrat Party. Yet, all three of these three race baiters, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, each claim to be men representing God. What a farce!

There were no riots after OJ got off!! Whites were told you have to accept the verdict. Blacks riot when verdicts don’t go their way.
I’m not so sure it’s a matter of getting “their” way. And if that is the issue, then we’ve got a serious problem in this country when races getting “their” way in a court case matters more than justice.

I have no doubt that you are or could be right, BUT the authorities will seek to avoid all that..
It all happened to me in Wilmington Delaware in 1975. You see a group of young blacks came to my house to steal. My wife and I surprised them and they as per plan ran. An older teen shot at me to let his friend get away. He missed me clean, but hit a 13 year old girl. They all said it was me eho shot. No gun or bullet was found, but 19 year old when he reloaded his zip gun droped cartridge in street, police said it didn’t take part in shooting.
The trouble really started because girl lived 13 days. I was released on bail $25000 the next day and blacks rioted with the help of a former state representative and present state rep. who were both arrested for riot. The govenor and mayor went to funeral. They changed the bail 4 times in 4 days. The authorities noticed that the riotes stoped when I was in jail. They fixed it so while I was tried for 1st degree capitol murder they let the verdict be manslaughter, but a 30 year sentence–every one was happy, except me…JWHBIII@Yahoo.com
It will be interesting to see what happens with the Zimmerman case. Everyone seems to have forgotten all about it, which suggests the left was just using Trayvon Martin for short term political gain. But we all sort of knew that already. The emotion of it seems to have subsided, which makes riots less likely. But who knows what happens after the election when the media finds time to focus on a trial.
