Global Warming Fear Mongers Fret About The Year 3,000 A.D.

Be afraid, be very afraid. In a mere 990 years the Earth’s oceans will rise 13 feet. The Antarctic ice sheet will fall into the Ocean. Even if we stop emitting carbon dioxide today, we’ve already emitted enough to destroy the world in the year 3,000 A.D. Or so says a computer model created by climate change extremists.

The global warming community organizers (aka climate change scientists) want to scare us into giving up our rights and freedoms to the government. They’ve made just about every claim in the book, now they’re telling us the world will come to an end in nearly 1,000 years. If you pay attention to these people, nearly every short term claim they make is wrong. Last year was supposed to be the hottest on record, it of course was not. Less than a decade ago these same scientists declared that British children would never know what snow was because of global warming. Last year those British kids got more snow than they ever bargained for. The scientists short term predictions have all proven false, now they’re trying to scare us with long term predictions. I suppose they are correct in assuming that none of us will be around to call them out in 1,000 years.

In making this claim about the year 3,000 A.D. these scientists ignore the weather events of the past 1,000 years. Namely they’ve ignored the fact that we had a warming period during the Renaissance and a mini-ice age that lasted several hundred years. In fact, the Earth isn’t as warm today as it was during the Renaissance period. None of the warming or cooling events of the past have anything to do with man, in fact there’s no evidence that man has caused any of the warming or cooling events of today. There’s a lot of speculation but there’s been no solid proof.

If we look at history the periods where the Earth was warmer are associated with worldwide wealth and stability. The Roman empire’s greatest power was seen during a period of warming. When there are cool periods or ice ages, these times are associated with worldwide famine and poverty. I dare say it would be better for world prosperity if we had a bit of warming rather than the cooling we’ve been experiencing the last couple years.

At the end of the day we must recognize that these scientists are doing little more than the dirty work for global socialists who want to control our every move. Most of these scientists are paid for with tax money, meaning they beg for their grants from the very people who will benefit most from increased government power. Man made global warming is an unprovable hypothesis that global socialists are trying to cram down our throats in order to get us to willingly give up our freedom to them. If they can’t scare us with short term lies, apparently they’re willing to try to scare us with absurd predictions that might affect our grandchildren with about 35-40 great’s preceding the term. In order to preserve our freedom we must call these people out for their lies. We must fight back against the tyranny that global warming community organizers want to bring to us.
